The beginning of a shared vision
It all began
with the idea of a better home.
In 2004, we laid the foundations of what you now know as APOLLON. We began with a clear idea: to create quality places to live by the sea.
We did not know how far that idea would take us. We knew we wanted to create complexes where people would feel at home, during their summer holidays and throughout the rest of the year.
With each new project, we gained experience, listened to our clients and developed our vision. This is how Apollon 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and Apollon Nessebar came to life.
Each complex has its own architecture and character, but all share a philosophy: a good location, practical homes, well-kept surroundings and amenities for comfortable living. This steady development gave us something that cannot be bought or achieved in a single year: experience.
Home extends

Over time, we learned that owners care about more than the appearance of their apartment. The surroundings, well-kept communal areas, green spaces and places to relax matter too. So does knowing who looks after their property while they are away and whom they can turn to for help.
